About the Role:

As a Marketing Manager of Korea region for Lenovo Infrastructure Solution Group, you will be reporting directly to Head of Marketing – CAP+KR, Lenovo ISG.  You will be responsible for Lenovo Korean data center markets. You are required to design and execute end to end integrated marketing campaigns (both online and offline) that support lead generation, brand awareness, customer advocacy, and more. You will serve as a partner and advocate for the sales teams in your region and play an essential role helping them meet their goals. The ideal candidate is creative, motivated, strategic, and passionate about B2B Data Center Technology Marketing such as Cloud, Software Defined, Storage and so on.  


  • Build an ongoing partnership with segment sales leaders to understand business needs and sales strategies by business segments
  • Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns that are aligned to Business priorities and initiatives
  • Work with agency to develop digital led / always on end-to-end marketing campaign to drive new customers acquisitions, lead generations and brand awareness
  • Identify growth opportunities and partner with sales teams to strategically cultivate new markets
  • Work closely with both business and alliance partners to drive partner marketing campaign
  • Report on performance of Marketing activity to senior stakeholders, to demonstrate the impact of Marketing initiatives on engagement and revenue.


  • Degree holder, preferably in marketing and very strong in executing integrated digital campaign
  • Experience of B2B Data Center Technology Marketing is a must
  • At least 6-8 years working experience in Enterprise/B2B marketing
  • Regional experiences in APAC marketing is a plus
  • Logical and analytical thinking coupled with strong communication and presentation skills
  • Sensitive and strong in figures, cautious and attentive to details
  • Fast learner; must be a taskmaster, ability to multi-task and work at a fast pace
  • The ability to perform independently, hands on and to work well in a team environment
  • Excellent English (written and oral) is a must.
