Description and Requirements

1. 組織・人材管理

  • ROチームの業務管理および人材マネジメント（評価、育成、配置）
  • メンバーが適切なタイミングで計画・対応を実行できるようリード
  • ベストプラクティス共有、コーチング、トレーニングの提供
  • 高度な案件における意思決定および支援

2. 問題解決

  • 重大案件（Crit-Sit含む）の解決を企画からクローズまで統括
  • 問題・障害の原因分析および対応策の立案・実行
  • 必要に応じた顧客訪問・説明対応の実施
  • 顧客満足度の回復と再発防止の推進

3. 顧客・ステークホルダー対応

  • 顧客およびパートナーへの進捗報告
  • 顧客向けレポートの作成・レビュー
  • 営業・サービス営業・開発・製造などとの関係構築・改善

4. インシデント統制・ガバナンス

  • ROが対応する案件の進捗監視およびエスカレーション管理
  • 優先度・リスクに応じた対応方針の決定
  • 組織としてのインシデント対応品質の維持・向上

5. リソース・コスト管理

  • 人員・予算・設備の最適配分
  • 部門のコスト管理、計画および実績報告
  • 解決活動の効率化および生産性向上の推進

6. クロスファンクショナル連携

  • サービス、営業、開発、製造、製品部門と連携し解決策を提供
  • 顧客対応と企業影響のバランスを考慮した意思決定

7. レポーティング 

  • インシデントや重要案件の状況を統合し、上位管理層へ報告（週次・月次・四半期）
  • 経営層向けの要約およびリスク可視化
