Description and Requirements

Key Primary responsibilities are:

  • Delights customers with service that is cheerful, professional, and thorough which anticipates the customer's needs by responding in a fast, responsible manner.
  • Able to complete designated forms in Word and Excel, and performs computer operations in the designated WMS systems utilized by the operation.
  • Applies intermediate knowledge about Lenovo's services and demonstrates ability to find resources.
  • Understands and applies policies and procedures associated within the organization and local department.
  • Addresses the needs of the angry or frustrated customer in a caring, professional, and responsible manner.
  • When company services fail to satisfy customers, recovers in a manner that offers the best chance of assuring long-term customer loyalty.
  • Has an operational understanding of the Repair, Receiving, Shipping, and Quality-related functions.
  • Participates in a program of continual learning and skill development.
  • Actively works in pursuit of Lenovo’s best interests in support of the Suppliers concerns.
