Description and Requirements

Programmer Analyst duties and responsibilities 

CCM Analysts perform work to assist the Customer Collaboration Management Organizational needs through performing weekly tasks and reporting. This is a scalable position that will introduce a junior team member to the organization and give them the opportunity to grow into a customer facing position. 

Duties and responsibilities of a CCM Analyst may include: 

  • Working with CCM team to develop, maintain, and update team and BMS documents
  • Maintain desk procedures and learn the duties for the different team functions
  • Attend project meetings and take meeting notes in preparation  to create workflow charts
  • Assisting in the load of team data to tools on a project-by-project basis
  • Publishing reports and leading team meetings for the CCM team
  • Build and maintain a CPFR for a designated client
  • Lead customer facing meetings upon completion of training

Programmer Analyst skills and qualifications 

A successful CCM Analyst has various prerequisite skills and qualifications required for the duties performed in this job. Some of these may include: 

  • Ability to work quickly and efficiently to implement solutions
  • Ability to be flexible and adaptable regarding the needs of the business
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-stress environment 

CCM Analyst experience requirements :

This is an entry level position, applicant should have a strong desire to be part of a team and a willingness to learn.

CCM Analyst training and education 

CCM Analyst candidates need to have at least a high school degree and an internship with a company to apply for the role.
