Description and Requirements

About the Role

We're looking for a Customer Delight Analyst who doesn't just document requirements — they reimagine processes. In this role, you'll sit at the intersection of business, operations, and technology, driving solutions that are intelligent, scalable, and built for the future. If you think in workflows, speak both business and code, and naturally reach for AI or automation when you see inefficiency, this role is for you.

What You'll Do
  • Gather, analyze, and document functional and technical requirements — using AI-assisted tools where they accelerate quality and speed
  • Map and improve business processes, identifying opportunities for automation and intelligent system design
  • Support system testing, deployment, and maintenance, with a focus on sustainable, low-maintenance solutions
  • Perform root-cause analysis on system issues and propose data-driven, forward-looking fixes
  • Act as the primary point of contact between the accredited network and the development team — managing tickets (including MDS), coordinating issue resolution, and driving improvements
  • Coordinate collection processes with the accredited network: aligning model launches, managing start/end of collection cycles, and ensuring operational consistency
  • Monitor emerging tech trends, AI tools, and market best practices — and actively bring relevant insights to the team

What We're Looking For
  • Technical background with hands-on experience in process automation, AI tools, or intelligent system design
  • Proven ability to translate complex business and operational needs into clean, efficient IT solutions
  • Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail and structured problem-solving
  • Excellent communication skills — you can explain technical decisions to non-technical stakeholders without losing precision
  • Fluent English (written and spoken) — all applications must be submitted in English
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, Engineering, or a related field, with a specialization or focus on IT, Data Science, and Artificial Intelligence.

Nice to Have
  • Experience with workflow automation platforms (e.g., Power Automate, Zapier, n8n)
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted analysis or documentation tools
  • Background in ERP, MES, or collection management systems
