Description and Requirements

The North America Infrastructure Solutions Group (ISG) Transaction Support Services team is inviting you to bring your expertise, skill set and positive attitude as a Customer Ops Coordinator, and be a pillar of the Lenovo Customer Experience, reporting to the NA ISG TSS Manager (Order Entry/Field Support). In this position, you will be able to expand your analytical, networking and operational skills by receiving and processing order changes as Cancelations, Expedites, Address changes requests and Orders creation according to our Firm Order Policy.  You will have daily interaction with internal Lenovo teams as Customer Fulfillment, Sales, Quality, Customers and more to meet/exceed customer expectative contributing to healthy metrics. Additionally, you will be asked to participate and / or lead projects that bring improvement to the operation Required Skills College degree or be an active (enrolled) student on a major such as International Commerce, Business, Marketing or Engineering. Excellent English, written and oral. Strong analytical and numerical capabilities Able to concentrate over long periods of time Able to work with little supervision Excel (Pivot tables, basic formulas, conditions) Attention to Detail SAP Knowledge is a PLUS Must be self-driven and can work independently while focused on delivering set objectives Must have ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task quickly and efficiently
