Description and Requirements

Job Responsibilities：

1.Responsible for the overall planning and implementation of the customer project to ensure the realization of the project objectives and customer success;
2.Develop project plans, including timelines, budgets and resource allocations;
3.Monitor customer initivative/project progress to ensure that successful completion on time and meets quality requirements;
4.Identify and manage project risks and develop countermeasures;
5.Communicate effectively with the customer and internal teams stakeholders to ensure timely information delivery and problem resolution;
6.Coordinate the work of the project team to ensure that team members are clear about their responsibilities and tasks;
7.Manage and control project costs to ensure that projects are completed within budget;
8. Other task may concerned to customer / project success

Job Requirements：

1. Possess solid project management capabilities, able to independently complete overall project planning, scheme formulation and on-site implementation management for customer projects.
2. Have excellent progress control and quality management awareness, capable of monitoring project operation status in real time and ensuring project delivery quality and efficiency.
3. Own professional risk identification and processing capabilities, able to accurately judge project potential risks and formulate feasible preventive and response measures.
4. Possess good cross-team coordination and multi-party communication skills, able to efficiently connect with customers and internal teams to solve project docking and problem handling issues.
