Description and Requirements

Are you a passionate and highly skilled Customer Success Manager (CSM)? Can you proactively work with our client stakeholders serving as the focal point in post-sales activities?

Our Strategic Sales team is looking for a new team member who will be devoted to our EMEA strategic accounts. You will act as a strategic partner serving as the voice of the customer and capturing the vision set forth by the Sales account team and Technical Solution Architects (TSA) to ensure technology value propositions are realized.
This is a highly visible role within the Solution Selling Team and reports directly into the EMEA Solution Sales Manager and matrixed to Senior Sales leaders across the EMEA region. 

What will be your key roles & responsibilities? 
Actively serve a portfolio of assigned strategic accounts across several vertical industries
Develop a professional relationship with key customers through the provision of product and operational services, training, and customer services.

Project Management
Coordinates and tracks progress on key customer project implementation
Acts as liaison between Sales Account Executives in EMEA and other geographies
Ensures successful onboarding via spearheading or delivering training and customer experience days.  Uses this process as an opportunity to develop additional revenue streams for Lenovo.

Technical
Manages technical and related action items of all customer projects post-sale through advanced technical skills. Conducts root cause analysis and seek ways to improve customer experience. Bridges the gap between Account Executives, Technical Solution Architects and  Level 1/Premier post-sales support.
Manages technical escalations as a customer liaison while cases flow through the various support functions; business-impacting technical challenges, detailed imaging questions, etc.
Critical Situation Management 

Customer Experience 
Assist with global lifecycle management – catalogue creation/management, product availability and/or constraint alerts 
Works with Lenovo Services in aggregating and delivering customer health data (break fix analysis, service history reports) for Quarterly business reviews with the Account executive. 
Administers client surveys and shares back results to our Customer Experience (CX) strategy teams to drive Customer Satisfaction improvements 
 
What do we expect from you?
5 – 8+ years of strategic technology sales experience in a sales, customer success or customer support role
Customer facing experience and knowledgeable of the sales and project management process in the tech sector
Extensive knowledge of the Intelligent Devices space and relevant trends, including hardware deployment /management best practices
High technical aptitude 
Comfortable establishing credibility with decision makers and influencers at strategic customers 
Superior organizational skills and project/time management abilities 
Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to identify value in an unstructured situation 
Excellent communication skills with ability to simplify and explain complex problems, fluent English
