Description and Requirements

岗位职责:
1. dNPU规格定制:与国内主流dNPU厂商深度对接,负责定义外置dNPU/USB/PCIe NPU的硬件规格、算力、接口、功耗及隔离安全机制,输出完整的Spec文档与需求文档。
2. 端侧大模型推理优化:协同算法、产品、固件团队,主导Llama、Qwen、Phi等LLM模型在dNPU上的部署优化,包括模型转换、算子优化、INT4/INT8量化、KV Cache优化及内存/带宽调优,实现吞吐提升、延迟与功耗降低。
3. 性能基线构建:搭建端侧AI性能基线体系,对比不同dNPU方案的PPA(性能、功耗、面积)表现及技术架构优劣势,为方案选型提供数据支撑。
岗位要求:
1. 计算机、电子、通信、微电子等相关专业,具备5年以上端侧NPU/AI加速/嵌入式Linux开发经验,有外置NPU/USB/PCIe算力棒开发经验者优先。
2. 熟悉主流dNPU架构及厂商SDK,具备与NPU厂商直接对接、进行定制化需求沟通的实战经验。
3. 精通C/C++编程语言,熟练运用Python;熟悉Linux内核、驱动、设备树及系统调优,具备Windows端侧AI开发经验者加分。
4. 熟悉端侧大模型推理流程,掌握ONNX、TensorRT、ONNX Runtime、NCNN、MNN、TVM等至少一种推理框架,有LLM端侧部署与优化实战经验。
5. 理解异构计算、内存带宽优化及功耗控制相关技术,具备硬件物理隔离、安全AI计算经验者加分。
6. 具备较强的沟通协调能力,能够独立对接厂商、输出技术方案,并高效解决复杂软硬件协同问题。
