Description and Requirements
The Change Management Lead responsibilities will include:
Planning
- Update and maintain the Stakeholder Analysis relevant to the functions impacted by the projects and developing deep understanding of their considerations
- Build relationships and work with key stakeholders to develop central and assist with Geo-specific plans if necessary, in support of the program Change Management Strategy and Plan
Communication & Engagement
- Tailor program communication materials to maximize relevancy and effectiveness with local audiences
- Assist in the coordination of Geo and local change activities (engagement events, workshops) as necessary
- Own & manage Change Agent Network to drive program communications, issue discussion, and to provide feedback across initiatives
Impact Management & Readiness
- Work with functional and local leaders to identify change impacts specific to their areas
- Facilitate the measurement of change readiness
- Develop, prioritize and lead the execution of action plans required to mitigate impacts and readiness gaps
Training
- Provide input to training needs assessments from each initiatives
- Coordinate training plan across different team depending on the project
- Manage training content localization as necessary
- Assist in the organization and execution of specific train-the-trainer and instructor-led training sessions
Basic Qualifications:
- 5+ years of related work experience
- Project experience with change management activities & assessment execution, experience applying recognized organization change management methodology in a complex organization
- Communication and presentation skills with ability to draft effective business ready communications to senior stakeholders
- Experience in some of the following areas: Culture change, Learning and development, Leadership development, Organization / operating model design, Change strategy and journey management, Organizational change capability building
- Bachelor's Degree
- Experience in training coordination would be a plus (ie. logistics cross time zone as needed, survey development and assessment, reporting)
- PROSCI certification is an advantage but not mandatory
