The DaaS Data Foundation will be expected to support and consult with team on how best to implement and enhance the requirements of DaaS project and daily operation and driving data issue remedy,

Position Description:

·  Responsible for Lenovo service upsell business analysis, Provide analysis weekly/Monthly report to Geos (AP, EMEA, NA, LAS, Brazil).

·  Monitor DaaS data, identify potential risks, rectify any performance issue, be able to co-work with Geo finance Team, Operation Team, Marketing Team, Sales Team to drive business improvement.

·  Responsible for service upsell requirements summary, raise requests to Lenovo BT/IT and drive the project process from business side.

·  Responsible for the establishment, maintenance and daily management of SQL Server databases, develop relevant SQL scripts according to the business logic to work out the Qlik sense or Power BI report.

·  Assist management to prepare report and analysis for the service performance.

·  Perform ad-hoc analysis and project when necessary.

Position Requirements:

·  Bachelor Degree or above, with 3 years or above working experience, experience with Lenovo is preferred.

·  Good understanding of the general PC service management.

·  Proficiency & Strong programming skill in Qlik Sense, Power BI, Python, SQL experience and database maintenance is preferred.

·  Excellent communication and negotiation skills with good command of written English and Chinese, Excellent spoken English is preferred.

·  Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and outlook, Experience in Computer/ Data Graph Analysis is preferred.

·  Large scale of data handling experience.

·  Mature, self-motivated, able to work independently and under pressure and willing to accept challenges.

·  Familiar with SAP,CRM will be advantaged.
