Description and Requirements

Position Description

The main responsibilities of a Data Steward - Channel Partners specialist is to review the Applications that resellers of Lenovo products submit to become Lenovo Authorized Resellers.

In addition, as part of the Data Stewards Team within the WW Operations organization, Candidate will be responsible for data maintenance and integration between different databases; owning and driving data quality improvements; producing ad-hoc reports and regular data analysis

Basic reporting skills and excel management are required.

Additional responsibilities

• Respond requests/questions from Applicants, Distributor and Sales Reps on the authorization process.

• Support on Business Partners Termination Process.

• Perform Data Management Task such as Data Maintenance and Integration between different databases, driving data quality and ensure Data Integrity across Systems and databases.

• Provide support to Data Uploads and Migration activities.

• Monitor Partners setup in SAP (CRM) and SFDC.

Position Requirements

• Adhere to audit & business controls guidelines.

• One year or more of experience in similar companies

• SAP/SalesForce/MS Dynamics a plus.

• Ability to communicate and interact with other functions within an organization.

• Self-starter with the Initiative to identify and act upon opportunities without direction

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Strong sense of urgency and adaptability

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Customer-centric and develops positive rapport and strong relationships with Lenovo internal teams

• Intermediate Excel skills

• Advanced English both writing and oral (required) & Portuguese is a plus
