Description and Requirements

Job responsibilities:

-Data & Knowledge Standard Establishment: Define and enforce BU-wide standards for data/knowledge quality, accessibility, and contribution protocols to ensure the reliability of AI agent decision-making.

-Business Team Collaboration: Partner cross-functionally with business teams to drive structured data/knowledge submission, guiding stakeholders on aligning domain-specific assets with AI agent requirements.

-Knowledge Governance & Alignment: Oversee governance of data/knowledge assets, ensuring adherence to established standards while tailoring assets to support AI agent functionality and trustworthiness.

-Cross-Functional Knowledge Capture: Collaborate with business teams to formalize domain-specific data/knowledge into structured formats for AI agent integration.

-Asset Refinement: Optimize data/knowledge assets based on AI agent performance feedback and evolving business/user needs, maintaining alignment with enterprise standards.

Job Requirements：

  -Data & Knowledge Management: Design and maintain enterprise data/knowledge assets tailored to AI/agentic system reliability.

  -Standard-Setting & Governance: Establish clear, actionable standards for data/knowledge quality, accessibility, and stakeholder contribution.

  -AI Asset Alignment: Tailor data/knowledge assets to support AI agent functionality and trustworthiness.

  -Cross-Functional Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage business teams to drive consistent, structured data/knowledge contribution to AI repositories.

  -Feedback-Driven Optimization: Refine assets based on AI performance insights and business user needs

Required experience in:

 -Proven experience in enterprise knowledge management (designing architectures, curating assets).

              -Experience in aligning knowledge assets with AI/agentic systems (training data, knowledge bases).

              -Track record in establishing knowledge governance frameworks (accuracy, currency).

              -Expertise in collaborating with teams to capture critical knowledge for AI agents.
