Position Description:
• Build SEA’s eCommerce branding and awareness to target audience via strategy, plan and solid execution.
• Take charge of the TH and PH cluster, drive effective traffic to Lenovo e-Shop with focus on key audience segments, be able to deep-dive segments and leveraged different strategies.
• Develop eCommerce demand generation program to make shoppers choose products over competitors’, constantly improving site experience and program design (offer and pricing). 
• Develop and implement SEA’s eCommerce strategy and global/regional guidance with cross functional teams; Local and Regional Marketing and Web development team.
• Pro-actively work with Local marketing team to drive win – win collaborations.
• Work closely with Country ecomm leads to brainstorm programs to achieve annual and quarterly targets. 
• Manage external partners, media agency, conversion optimization agency and creative agency for demand generation programs
• Performance marketing, constantly review and optimized the digital marketing efforts to provide constantly optimizing the site, and commerce activities.
• Establish an effective working level engagement with Affiliates.
• Embark on customer retention initiatives, including Loyalty programs.


Position Requirements:    
• Bachelor’s degrees or above
• Minimum 5+ years’ experience in direct ecommerce Digital marketing and Performance marketing
• Basic understanding of marketing & business planning
• Expert knowledge of digital merchandising (ie., SEM, SEO, eDM, Display, Re-targeting) with 3+ years’ experience
• Strong analytical, problem solving and project management skills
• Experience in managing agency
• Good communication & negotiation skill
• Good English communication (Speaking, Listening, Writing & Reading) ability as daily work requirement
• MS Office skills (Word, PPT, Excel) proficiency
• Hands-on, self-motivated and be able to thrive in an environment with a start-up culture
• Goal oriented personality and be able to work independently as well as part of a team
• Working in eCommerce, internet, high tech, consulting industry is a plus
• Role based in Thailand
