Description and Requirements

Social and Display Marketing Specialist is responsible for managing campaigns and operational projects that support Digital Marketing strategy, achieving defined business objectives for Latin America eCommerce countries. This includes meeting quarterly revenue, conversion, and profitability goals. This position requires the ability to manage multiple, detailed tasks with urgency and accuracy.

Job responsibilities include:
• Ensuring seamless integration of Social and Display channels into Lenovo’s overall marketing strategies: Product messaging, product offers, testing, reporting and data optimization customization.

•    Work with an audience first approach, setting the right strategy in each step of the funnel with reach and conversion objectives.
•    Manage Social campaigns with performance objectives for 5 countries across LATAM.

• Managing weekly offers ad copy for promotional Ads
• Manage monthly calendar for operations projects and marketing campaigns
• Work with design, development and brand teams to develop series of creatives to support Lenovo.com products and ensure Lenovo’s brand and messaging consistency within the Social media and Display ecosystem
•    Analyze results and provide insights oriented to maximize performance and meet aggressive sales goals


Basic Qualifications:
• Marketing experience - 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing roles 
• 1-3 years leading paid social, programmatic display programs
• Ecommerce experience - Previous eCommerce experience preferred. -
• Experience in budget management
• Proven experience working with Facebook Ads manager 

• Communication - Exceptional oral and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively across the organization - Possess a positive attitude and ability to work in a collaborative and energetic team environment. - Ability to drive adherence to deadlines with many different teams.
• Problem Solving/Analytical Thinking - Experience with Microsoft Excel is required.


Preferred Qualifications
• FB Blueprint certification is desired
• Experience with Adobe Analytics, Audience Manager
