About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Digital Transformation Business Process Design Analyst to support our Digital Transformation team. This role will be pivotal in driving the adoption of digital technologies and processes to enhance our end-to-end Global Supply Chain (GSC) Development and Optimization. This position is part of a global team and will abide by a hybrid schedule in our Morrisville, NC office 3 days per week.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Global Supply Chain business process redevelopment and solution design, delivering end-to-end supply chain business operation changes.
- Implement and support supply chain system solutions related to process reengineering.
- Coordinate cross-functionally with finance and other business teams to align end-to-end process improvements and represent the GSC team.
- Collaborate with IT teams to deliver technical solutions for GSC processes and systems, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Ensure high-quality deliverables and maintain ongoing communication with finance teams to drive continuous process improvement.
- Advocate for use of AI and drive adoption.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Supply Chain, Operations, IT, or a related field.
- 5+ years of Experience in Supply Chain Services.
- 3+ years of Experience in global chain projects with a track record of delivery process or system improvements.
Preferred Qualifications
- 10+ years of Experience in global chain projects with a track record of delivery process or system improvements.
- Proven ability to identify business process inefficiencies and propose actionable solutions.
- Experience in designing business solutions and evaluating technical feasibility in collaboration with IT teams.
- Solid understanding of supply chain digital transformation practices, key technologies, and solutions.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to supply chain and non-supply chain stakeholders.
- Experience with tools and frameworks such as Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, ServiceNow, or Runbook Automation platforms
- Proficiency with Product Management and Collaboration tools: Figma, Jira, Confluence, Notion, SharePoint, Excel.
- Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong prioritization and multitasking abilities, with a focus on delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
- Cultural Competency working across Chinese, American, Desi, European, and South American cultural contexts, ensuring messages are communicated with clarity and tact.
- Experience with big data analytics, and blockchain solutions aligned with Supply Chain.
- Experience implementing automations leveraging AI is a plus.
- Certifications are a plus: CAPM, PMP, PMI-ACP, SAFe, CSM, PRINCE2.
- Bilingual proficiency with Mandarin and English is a plus.
The base salary budgeted range for this position is $90-120k. Individuals may also be considered for bonus and/or commission. This position is hybrid 3days/wk at our Morrisville, NC location.
