Description and Requirements

The Lenovo Services and Solutions organization is hiring a Director to lead our Channel Programs team. The Services & Solutions organization will focus on continuing to evolve our Channel services programs and enabling our Channel partners to drive growth. Our mission is to lead the industry in Channel experience, making it easier to do services business with Lenovo than any other manufacturer. We will enable our Channel partners with the right technology, tools, analytics, assets, and resources to drive our joint services & solutions business. Last and most importantly, we will accelerate Lenovo and partner profitability, ensuring our mutual goals are aligned and supported. Our Channel partners and Lenovo will win together with services and solutions.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Manage, motivate, coach, and lead Channel Services Programs and Enablement team

  • Work closely with Geo and WW Channel teams to drive strategy and business execution

  • Strategy Development and execution for Channel services programs including but not limited to rebates, Channel sales rep incentives, MDF, and supporting other critical programs

  • Enhance & drive the team to execute on Channel services enablement initiatives including internal and external Channel services BMS, data and analytics sharing for partner strategy enablement, Lenovo and partner tool enablement, services data and content syndication, strategic contract enablement, and services sales process optimization

  • Cross Geo, BU, and team collaboration to drive execution

  • Receive partner feedback and nimbly execute changes

  • Strategic leader for Channel reviews


Experience Required:

  • 10+ years of Channel, Programs, Services & Solutions, or related experience

  • Bachelor’s degree required, Masters preferred

  • Strong leadership skills with 4+ years of leadership experience

  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

  • Experience working with global teams, across cultural and time differences

  • Proven experience in driving and delivering business results

  • Operational strength to understand and quickly digest Channel programs, complex internal dependencies, and create/execute plans to overcome and enable strategy
