Job Description: 

Director of OEM Embedded Solutions is responsible for leading the multi-million-dollar Lenovo OEM Solutions worldwide business.  This ISG’s Global OEM Solutions business focuses on 2 strategic customer types.  Integrated & embedded OEM customers who use Lenovo technology as a key component of their customer solutions and enterprise software OEM customers who want to deliver their software as an integrated appliance to deliver an optimal customer experience.

Responsibilities:

• Own and manage the Global OEM Solutions P&L
• Managing a global organization with both solid & dotted line reporting structures
• Set the long-term strategic vision for the expansion of the global OEM business
• Working with regional sales driving towards a common financial target. 
• Working with cross-functional Lenovo teams to timely meet customer requirements.
• Building strong financial cases to expand OEM TAM and capabilities
• Provide guidance and mentorship to global OEM team
• Responsible for the management and expansion of Lenovo’s On Demand program.
• Representing Lenovo OEM Solutions to both internal and external executive audiences.

Position Requirements:

We will look for the following in successful candidates: 

• Bachelor’s Degree (Computer Science, Engineering or Business preferred)
• At least 6 years of experience in IT related industry
• Strong financial acumen and ability to drive business growth in a fast-paced environment
• Understanding of Enterprise/data center market, dynamics and customer scenarios including embedded OEM products
• Experience managing teams in a culturally diverse global environment where tailored localization is required
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to communicate and influence executive level audience internally and externally

Preferred:

• MBA Degree
• 10+ years of experience in IT related industry
• Deep understanding of OEM market, customers, processes and programs.
• Experience in creation and management of OEM programs in any industry
