What You’ll Do:  
We are seeking a highly skilled leader for our Software Defined Infrastructure portfolio.  This team is responsible for our Hyperconverged and Cloud based solutions. This is a highly visible leadership role. Individual in this role will be expected to drive all aspects of the entire Software Defined portfolio responsible for not only the portfolio management but attainment to financial P&L targets. Individual will work with other organizations like sales, engineering, marketing, operations, etc. internally and with our key strategic partners externally.   

Responsibilities: 
• Responsible for product offering roadmap and strategy across multiple lines of products branded as ThinkAgile 
• Present to senior leadership team on a regular basis 
• Make sound business decisions as related to the SDI portfolio based on market and competitive data 
• Provide guidance and mentorship to team responsible for individual product offerings in the portfolio 
• Coordinate key strategic initiatives and partnerships  
• Drive new technology and innovations by understanding market and product fit 
• Drive cross-functional initiatives with leaders in other product and functions in the company  
• Coordinate with external vendors to drive key tools and process initiatives   

This position can be remote and candidates can be based anywhere in the US. #LI-Remote

Basic Qualifications: 
• 10+ years of product management experience in the enterprise space 
• 5+ years managing a global team 
• Thorough knowledge of key Market trends for software defined infrastructure, Hyperconverged and Cloud solutions 
• Ability to present to executives and key customers, SI’s, and at conferences and events 
• Good financial acumen and ability to drive business growth in a fast-paced environment 
• Collaborative yet assertive to deliver in face of ambiguity 
• Strong PowerPoint and presentation skills. Able to translate complex ideas into simple messaging for sellers   

Preferred Qualifications: 
• 10+ years of product management experience with converged / hyperconverged products. 
• Understanding of Storage, compute and network virtualization is preferred 
• Customer satisfaction mindset 
• Goal oriented, organized, self-motivated, creative, have a strong attention to detail, and have the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team with sales, R&D, finance, and operations
