Description and Requirements

The Lenovo Services and Solutions organization is hiring a Director to lead our Commercial services business for sales programs, sales training and go-to-market strategy. 

This position is a worldwide leadership role responsible for our international markets. The leader will be accountable for the development and implementation of the go-to-market strategy, working across our Product, Marketing, and Sales teams to drive the growth of services and solutions in our Commercial segment. The Director, SSG Commercial Leader, will own the go-to-market sales strategy, including business management of the Commercial services P&L, sales programs & sales plays, strategy for Commercial needs on training and competency, ensuring pipeline sufficiency, and other critical sales strategy responsibilities. We are looking for a dynamic and experienced leader, with a proven track record of growing international businesses aggressively.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Lead GTM sales strategy & P&L for Commercial Services. Run BMS with teams to deliver on goals

  • Manage, motivate, coach, and lead Commercial WW team Work closely with Geo’s and across marketing and operations to drive strategy and business execution.

  • Create sales programs and sales plays to drive business based on opportunity analysis

  • Close collaboration with Commercial BU on sales strategy and plays

  • Enhance & drive the team to execute on services sales transformation projects

  • Design and build processes and tools to enable Commercial sellers to sell services and solutions

  • Create the strategy and work closely with WW SSG marketing on ensuring Commercial needs on training and sales competency

  • Strategic leader for executive reviews


 

Basic Requirements

  • 10+ years of Programs, Services & Solutions, Sales or related experience

  • Bachelor’s degree required

  • Strong leadership skills with 5+ years of leadership & management experience


Preferred Requirements
  • Masters Degree

  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

  • Experience working with global teams, across cultural and time differences

  • Ability and experience driving collaboration and planning across organizations

  • Proven experience in driving and delivering business results

  • Proven experience building sales strategy and sales programs that deliver
