Description and Requirements

Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the optimization of the service delivery system; Based on the actual business situation and development requirements, continue to conduct in-depth research on the industry, produce insights and provide support for decision-making;

2. Responsible for the data monitoring and quantitative analysis of various operation and operation indicators of service delivery business, mining the change trend of operation and operation and the change of driving factors of indicators, etc., to guide the sustainable and healthy development of business;

3. Through data analysis, research, and other methods to carry out special analysis of actual business issues. Produce and implement strategies that directly drive the business. Evaluate the effect of the strategy and put forward the optimization direction;

4. Business analysis & Strategic project management: responsible for organizing supply chain management, digital transformation and other major issues; Develop project planning, connect and coordinate internal and external participants, and drive them to achieve the established strategic goals, explore bottlenecks and achieve optimal implementation;

5. Other related work.


Requirements:

 1. Bachelor’s degree or above; 

2. Major in Strategic Management, Business Analysis, Business Administration or related is preferred; 

3. More than 15 years of working experience, including more than 10 years of global business or overseas service business operation management experience or project management experience; 

4. Familiar with manufacturing industry project development management, plan management; Experience in managing complete service delivery processes; 

5. Strong ability of frame thinking, excellent ability of problem discovery, analysis and solution, excellent ability of communication, coordination and management; Can independently complete relevant data analysis and draw credible conclusions, independently write analysis reports, financial models, business plans; 

6. Excellent English skills in listening, speaking, reading, writing, and translating.
