We are looking for a talented marketing leader for our new Solutions and Services Group (SSG), to be a part of Lenovo’s evolution into a world-leading technology solutions company.  

The Role
The Director of Worldwide Infrastructure Services marketing is responsible for the global end-to-end marketing and communications for ISG (Infrastructure Solutions Group) services portfolio offerings, WW and geo services marketing and WW TruScale, Professional and Managed Services marketing. This individual will define, own and execute marketing initiatives (including traditional marketing, enablement and training) of services offerings that include support and attach services (warranty and upgrades) and new solutions (with hardware, software, and services) to meet customer business needs and market trends. Work with services leadership on roadmap prioritization and be the voice of the customer and the market. 

The location is flexible and can be based in-person in Lenovo’s Morrisville (Raleigh-Durham) headquarters or remote (US East Coast preferred). This will be working with teams across North America, Asia, Europe and Latin America. 

Responsibilities:
• Drive interest for Infrastructure product and services offering via industry themes and in alignment with our demand generation campaign focus and sales promotion/ incentives initiatives. 
• Collaborate with Infrastructure Solutions Group (ISG) marketing team to develop unified enablement programs and materials 
• Lead marketing campaign development for specific focus areas, including as-a-service and sustainability marketing.  
• Collaborate with sales, marketing and leadership teams to drive customer reference program
• Coordinate with other key business units and geography teams to ensure SSG message is integrated into other relevant marketing materials
• Create and develop communications content, processes and tools to engage our sellers and business partners 
• Manage marketing agencies to develop relevant sales content, including web, training, presentations and other deliverables
• Manage a budget, working closely with marketing operations and campaign managers to ensure maximum utilization and impact of funds.
• Ensure everything is measurable, ensuring ROI documentation 

Minimum Requirements: 
• 10+ years of marketing experience in globalized high-tech companies
• 5+ years people management experience or leadership experience across global teams 
• Degree level qualification in marketing, communications, business studies or equivalent
• Fluent in written and spoken English
• Strong writing, content development and editing skills with the ability to communicate simply and authentically
• A background in project management and business operations

Preferred Qualifications: 
• Familiarity with servers or other data center products
• Ability to comprehend often complex new technologies and translate into a variety of communications materials
• A problem solver and quick learner who is proactive, flexible and resilient and with the innate ability to multi-task
• Self-starter with entrepreneurial mindset, but can work dynamically in a virtual and cross cultural group settings
• Ability to adapt, influence change and be creative
• Attention to detail.
