Description and Requirements

The Nordic Distribution Account Management position is a key role for this region, our business is growing quarter over quarter and we need an experienced individual to take ownership and to continue the growth for this important region.

You will be responsible for the Data Centre business for all our distributors in the Nordics and Baltics and will be an integral part of the Nordics Channel team.

It is important to be able to work as a team, to be motivated and handle a fast-moving environment. Excelling in relationship management with key stakeholders at all levels of the organizations both Internally and externally including c-level executives, sales, technical and marketing teams is key.

You would be responsible for developing and executing against an annual business plan which will include all sales activities, lead generation, marketing and awareness activities, distribution and partner enablement and most importantly sales target achievements.

You will handle an ever-evolving market, implementing the right business plans with your distributors that drive incremental revenues and increases our partner breadth. Along with the right sales plans in place you will need you to be instrumental in developing the quarterly marketing plans and process, support local implementation/execution and follow up. 

We need to make noise in the market and drive to achieve our objective is to be the vendor of choice - being service minded, fast decision makers and showing respect to the channel. 

Your profile: 

- 4-5 years proven track record in strategic selling and account management in the data centre business

- experience in managing multiple complex sales engagements concurrently

- Previous experience selling to technology channel partners across the Nordic region

- You see yourself as a strong and positive representative for Lenovo and our brand in the markeplace.

- Customers, co-workers and others in your network describe you as a positive person who always delivers on commitments and is enjoyable to work with. Trust and high ethical standards are also important to you as well as always striving for excellence.
