Description and Requirements

Can you lead the route to market strategy, business development, and launch of innovative AR/VR solutions?

In this new role you will lead development of AR/VR business at EMEA level and report to our EMEA BU Director based in France. You will collaborate with sales, product Business Units, channel and country marketing organization across EMEA.

What else is waiting for you in this role?

  • Identify (Hunt) and/or Grow (Develop) opportunities in the market to sustainably improve Lenovo’s ARVR solution (ThinkReality, Varjo partnership…)
  • As a trusted partner, build programs to accelerate growth and achieve financials targets (Revenue/Profit) across the different market segments
  • Collaborate with sellers and sales leaders cross the EMEA markets to optimize routes to markets for ARVR (Direct/Indirect, OEMs, Global Accounts…)
  • Support the channel sales teams, to execute our channel expansion program
  • Lead EMEA Immersive Design and Engineering Turnkey solutions
  • Engage ISVs/Partners to enable sales through certification, trade marketing programs
  • Interact closely with the Workstation EMEA and local team to share best practices and be the ARVR Trusted Advisor

What di we expect from you?

  • 5+ years’ experience in business development role in the IT industry
  • Proven track record in Solution Selling sales – ideally focused on vertical frameworks such as AEC/Healthcare in the Hardware environment
  • Collaborative, and commitment to achieving goals
  • Track of record in building and executing business development plans
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
