Description and Requirements

This is a critical position with executive visibility. • The Product Operations Manager will manage E2E product marketing communication; • 4P business planning and execution; Focal point from WW BU to EMEA Geography Teams for all Sales Enablement activities. • Product lifecycle management including launch, go to market, Geography and customer-specific requests, including product refresh and EOL. • You will analyze market data and provide input to Product Management teams for product planning; • Set up and execute Geo funding plans to accelerate business growth; providing EMEA Geo guidance to build activities and programs in Cross segments. • Proactively identify and drive solutions for inhibitors to sales growth • You will lead cross functional communication with Supply Chain to manage product and commodity forecasts, and ensure timely supply. • Work with cross-functional teams to initiate customer driven product change requests, with Development to communicate benchmark and testing to EMEA team, with Marketing to train and educate Geo sales reps, product teams and customers; • Perform business analysis and guidance to the EMEA Geo to improve financial performance. • Minimum 3 years of professional experience background in marketing, sales, sales operations, business operations, product or portfolio management • Customer Centric focus • Strong virtual team building and extensive cross-group coordination/collaboration and partnership skills • Ability to respond quickly to multiple issues, work well under pressure and have a winning attitude • Strategic thinking and passionate about technology with customer orientation • Business acumen and the ability to build relationships at various levels within the organization • Self-starter who can manage ambiguity, chart a clear course and make decisions • Excellent verbal & written communication skills • English required
