Description and Requirements

Manage the EMEA ASP program, strategy and initiatives. Program growth, ASP daily operation & relationships
Define EMEA ASP Program strategies, partner with Sales and Delivery team to ensure we have right portfolio and capabilities to drive increased sales and cost savings (ASP, Self-Maintainer, Special Bids….etc)
Manage and revise the program agreement and guidelines to reflect the program operation requirement, ensure Lenovo’s interest is protected and partners can follow and deliver the quality and efficiency services
Manage project initiatives which leverage ASP capabilities to drive sales opportunities and/or reduce overall service delivery cost.
Partner with World Wide team to define and implement new product launch and changes. (e.g. new tools, resources and training etc.)

  • Track and ensure each ASP onboarding is followed by CFIUS approval process
  • Support program expanding across EMEA countries, define and setup proper process per countries’ dependencies
  • Claim process flow
  • Parts delivery & return
  • Invoicing & payment
  • Maintain relationship with country Sales team to nominate right partners onboarding as ASP to help drive sales and cost savings
  • ASP onboarding: responsible to discuss with Sales/Service on new ASP nomination, ASP vetting process & assessment, CFIUS approval, process agreement and partner certification
  • ASP daily management: performance review, ASP related delivery escalation, daily operation & communication, low CSAT case follow, ASP termination
  • Support EMEA ASP Program strategies and the portfolio of service offerings
  • Support EMEA Consultant for the project initiatives by leverage existing process and resources, and provide advice from operational view
  • Support country expanding and process setup, follow up and verify the new process works as expected
  • Support new product launch and changes implementation in Service Bench and other Lenovo systems
  • Track all administrative tasks are performed in a timely manner
  • Manage ASP claim report, invoice collecting and process payment, tax reporting (per country)
  • Prepare monthly reports to management review, and prepare BMS report for ASP review
