Description and Requirements

As Customer Care Case Manager you will be responsible for the pro-active management of customer claim-related issues. You will interface with internal Lenovo people as well as external customers to negotiate and resolve complaints/escalations timely in order to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Interfaces with internal Lenovo people as well as external customers to negotiate and resolve complaints/escalations timely in order to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction
  • Responsibility for the pro-active management of customer claim-related issues, in the Country, and across EMEA
  • Responsibility for reporting & escalating to your respected countries
  • Taking part in designing new and improving ways of reporting from CCT Tools
  • Ensures customer delight and achievement of the targets set in the KPI program
  • In this role, you will be in direct contact with the customer and Business Partners in the various Lines of Business of Lenovo International

You will report to the Customer Care Manager.  

Experience & Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Customer-facing skills both by phone and e-mail
  • Good team player, ability to work in a small team and a wider global team to meet customer requirements
  • Highly motivated individual
  • Ability to work to deadlines
  • An organized and methodical person with a logical approach in addressing issues

Base gross monthly salary starts from 1600 EUR depending on experience. The variable part (bonus) is 12%.
