Description and Requirements

We are looking for a rockstar digital marketer to join our growing team as our EMEA Digital Marketing Partner. In this role, you will work within our international marketing teams to support a range of digital initiatives with a primary focus on social media engagement. Innovation is at the heart of Motorola, but it doesn’t stop with our products, it is in everything that we do. In this position, you will sit as part of the Motorola EMEA Marketing Team, work with both our global and local marketing teams, to inspire, develop and evolve the tools they need to execute exceptional marketing initiatives. You will report to EMEA Marketing Director. 

What will be your tasks once you join our team?

  • Design and lead the EMEA digital marketing strategy, work with local marketing teams to oversee the implementation of it
  • Plan all database, email and social media marketing initiatives
  • Working with the EMEA social media agency maintain the social media hub for all social practitioners at Motorola
  • Set up weekly/monthly meetings with the agencies, global and local marketing teams: drive priorities, understand their activities and identify key learnings/use cases
  • Share global social assets and create new regional ones each month on various topics
  • Help the countries with operational issues with the main social platforms and ensure governance of local social media accounts across Europe
  • Working with our EMEA Campaign Marketing Manager design, deliver and optimize lead generation and user acquisition campaigns across a portfolio of digital channels and platforms and cutting-edge content and tactics.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimise the user experience on our website and related owned assets
  • Utilise strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints
  • Develop and monitor campaign budgets.
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing initiatives and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs). Help to maintain tools and programs (Sprinklr or Lenovo Extend as examples)
  • Oversee and manage all contests, giveaways, and other digital projects
  • Brainstorms new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing. Identify the latest trends and technologies affecting our industry.

Position Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years experience in a digital marketing or social position.
  • In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics.
  • Highly creative with excellent analytical abilities.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing.
  • Strong analytical & conceptual skills in scenario planning. A systemic approach to implementation of campaigns.
  • Ability to inspire teams that need to be convinced of ‘new ways of working’
  • Ability to ensure adherence to processes
  • Copywriting and editing skills are a plus
  • You have good organization skills – You will be cooperating with a lot of colleagues across Europe so you will need to organize & prioritize wisely
  • Fluency in English, any other European language will be a bonus
