The EMEA Education Campaign and Pipeline Manager will support the EMEA organizations across the Region to achieve sales and financial goals on the Education segment.

The Education Campaign and Pipeline Manager will report to the EMEA Executive Director of Commercial Products.

The EMEA Education Campaign and Pipeline Manager will:

* Take inputs from all sources (internal and external) to define with the product management teams the best portfolio to address the Education segments (K12, colleges, universities…)
* Define with the support of Lenovo IT teams how to use planning systems for a synchronized planning with SMB
* Implement a campaign planning, linked to SMB campaign and Enterprise and Public Sector needs,
* Get the right portfolio at market level, covering all Education sub segments
* Review portfolio/pricing with Country 4P to be competitive and to achieve revenue and profit
* Structure order cadence to have stock for run rate and large deals (Sell in, sell through planning)
* Plan volume, revenue, profit, channel stock rotation, in conjunction with country 4P teams
* Ensure to get a solution based approach, with services, software, peripherals, monitors, Smart collaboration devices…
* Manage the deal pipeline with the Country BDM:
* Give a roadmap visibility and guidance to all BDM’s (with Product managers support) in order to influence tenders with the right solutions in term of value proposition, supply, competitiveness
* Implement a process to get all stakeholders aligned on the coming deals
* Agree with all involved people on what to propose to the customers for large deals
* Manage the consolidation of the pipeline to have accurate visibility of backlog + new opportunities to close, in order to give a proper input top the demand planning team
* Ensure that the end to end planning (campaign + tenders) will support the sales targets and will be supported by supply
* Implement regular interlocks with demand planning, Supply Chain, Services, Education leader and BDM to have fluid and efficient communication flow, and a process to review successes and opportunities

Position requirements

* Previous product or business management experience (7 years).
* Experience in Education segment (either sales, marketing, product management)
* Good understanding of IT go to market, channels and competition.
* Strong leadership skills and ability to work in a matrix
* Strong business acumen and financial skills
* Work in multi-cultural and multi country organization
* Ability to leverage extended teams.
* Strong communications skills.
* Business analytic and project management skills.
* Some travels across EMEA may be needed - not more than 10% of the time
* Fluent in English, other language is a plus
* Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience.
