Description and Requirements

Lenovo Infrastructure Solutions Group (ISG) Services are fundamental to the overall success and business model of ISG, providing critical services to our customers. We provide a range of part number and contract based offerings for amongst others, warranty upsell, software support, post-warranty and professional services. An opportunity has arisen to drive this success in EMEA as the EMEA ISG Product Marketing Specialist.   


The successful candidate will work in close coordination with our regional and global sales and delivery teams on activities related to:


• Support and Manage the ISG Services Portfolio in EMEA

- Understand performance, competition, pricing and offering gaps for Services

- Detailed Analysis and Understanding of Offering Performance Data

- Responsibility for marketing input into EMEA services pricing (PFV)

• Interlock with other members of EMEA and Global ISG Services team to ensure directions and plans are aligned with business requirements

– Input into Marketing Plans

– Interlock with HW and Services teams on their future platforms plans and direction at strategic level

• Support Creation and Delivery of Channel and Seller (both Hardware and Services) Offering Enablement Material

• Support EMEA Marketing Launches and Refreshes for ISG Services

• Attend and Contribute to Platform Offering Development meetings

– Create Business Cases for Offering Portfolio Planning

– Input to Global Plans

• Handle inquiries from Sales Teams and BP related to these offerings

• Territory to cover for wider Services Offering Marketing activity

– Include services messaging in hardware marketing communication (involve services in events, product launches and collateral)


 Position Requirements:


  • University degree. Marketing, Sales or business management with IT experience is preferred
  • Demonstrable understanding of the IT HW and services business ( 1-3 years’ experience in business related activities e.g product management, marketing competitive research, offering communications, sales support, services delivery readiness, etc)
  • Familiarity with customers, sales requirements and services solutions in complex technical environments is a strong benefit in the role
  • Excellent communication skills (oral and written) in English language, any other European language is an advantage.
  • Experience of creating and delivering channel, sales and internal communication and collateral
  • Mature personality, able to work independently, strong sense of customer service
  • A demonstrated ability and continuing desire to work under pressure, and aggressively attack tight deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and thoroughness in completing tasks

Base gross monthly salary from minimum 1250 EUR and above, depending on experience + variable part 12% of your annual earnings
