Description and Requirements

We are hiring EMEA Marketing Program Manager who will be responsible for marketing transformation and marketing strategies in Geo and worldwide level. What responsibilities are waiting for your in this role?

  • in charge of supporting the EMEA CMO through the program management of all the key activities that are part of the marketing & communications strategy both in the geo and at WW level
  • these include both the 5 marketing transformation pillars (Media, Blueprint, Customer Experience, CRM, New Biz) as well as all Segments Marketing Strategy. And extend to the Global Media COE currently being set-up
  • keeps track of the main initiatives, schedules, cadence
  • keeps CMO up to date with a single view of the marketing KPIs, dashboard and budgets across all BUs in the geo
  • drives the CMO agenda, ensures that each meeting has the right set up, attendees, frequency, agenda, follow-ups
  • helps preparing presentations and coordinating projects directly driven by the CMO
  • attends meetings and acts on behalf of the EMEA CMO when needed
  • anticipates, picks up and solve operational problems when they arise

What do we expect from you?

  • strong track record in program / project management
  • strong ability to translate a strategy into an excellent marketing presentation
  • good marketing overall understanding, from strategy to planning to execution. Ideally his / her profile includes an experience in management consulting
  • an understanding of marketing tools, capabilities, processes
  • excellent stakeholders management skills, with an ability to communicate effectively across multiple levels
  • a proactive, effective, fast moving and efficient operational person, with an attitude of anticipating problems and driving them to resolution
  • a self-starter, able to surf across a complex organization to get things done, breaking barriers when needed
  • demonstrate an entrepreneurial like mindset and can-do attitude
  • perfect English both written and spoken an absolute must. A second fluent language a strong plus
