Description and Requirements

Lenovo EMEA Global Supply Chain organization is searching for an Order Fulfillment specialist to join our team. This is a role to manage distribution center operations, order execution for all shipment from distribution center, including PC/Visual/Operation/Smart Phone/Smart devices or any products that may be launched in EMEA.

The role will be to connect distribution center, customer fulfilment and order fulfilment execution teams in China, to align shipment schedule, monitor shipments and eventually commit ship outlooks to customers for their orders.


These are your detailed responsibilities:

• Proactively manages processes supporting order fulfillment
• Responsible for placing of necessary information and reports into internal database
• Sharing/communication with internal teams
• First point of contact for internal department regarding distribution center data/ replying questions regarding inventory status/orders status/supply status in order to satisfy customer needs and minimize financial impact for Lenovo
• Must ensure an adequate professional communication towards internal departments and take actions to constantly improve process 

Position Requirements:

• Order execution experience or Supply Chain or customer fulfilment representative experience (1-2 years) 
• Experience creating reports 
• Excellent communication 
• Strong analytical, organizational skills and time management skills 
• Excellent problem solving skills.
• Proficient level of English language (spoken & written)


Base gross monthly salary from minimum 1150 EUR and above, depending on experience + variable part 12% of your annual earnings
