Description and Requirements

The ISG Service Parts EMEA planning and inventory manager is responsible for analyzing inventory levels to balance inventory costs and reserves vs customer support. 

Responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following:
• Performing inventory analysis to understand appropriate stocking levels and WOI

• Performing E&O root cause analysis
• Working with service delivery and sales teams to develop region specific stocking policies and aligning with WW planning team for agreement and execution
• Additional tasks and projects ad hoc to drive overall improvements for the E2E services supply chain

Position Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above

• 5-7 years working experience on supply chain related positions.

• Experience with planning and inventory management for high complexity supply chains

• Outstanding analytical capabilities with strong Excel skills

• Excellent written & verbal communication skills, English

• Ability to work cross functionally in an international environment

• Detail orientated

• Power BI experience preferred
