Description and Requirements

In the role of EMEA Pre-sales Support Specialist, you will have the unique opportunity to join the fast-growing team of Services Sales in Lenovo EMEA organization. Your role will be to maintain a portfolio together with respective product managers, maintain and create part numbers in the IT system, support sales with availability and pricing information and work with sales teams in all EMEA to find the best warranty Service for their customers.

You will need to think globally and work together across departments and geographies encouraging teamwork. The ideal candidate will have business transformation, fulfillment process, and product management skills. Process detail skills are an advantage.


Responsibilities:

  • Ensures on-time communication and quality on all owned activities
  • Own and regularly run and distribute assigned reports
  • Track performance of custom solutions created
  • Act as Services SME for HW sales community
  • In this role you will be mainly working with the EMEA Service Sales team, HW Sales teams in different countries, and Services Ops team.

You will report to Sr. Manager Services Sales & Marketing.


Experience & Skills:

  • 3-4 years of experience in the customer support area, preferred in Operations and Sales support
  • Knowledge of Services Operations is an advantage
  • Communication skills – ability to cooperate with different functions on solving an issue
  • Presentation skills – ability to present on the calls to various audiences
  • IT skills: MS Excel skills (functions - VLOOKUP, pivot tables), MS PowerPoint
  • Business level English skills both written and verbal (another foreign language is an advantage)
  • An organized person with attention to detail, keeping deadlines
  • Be able to work independently without close supervision
  • Proactive team player with a positive approach 
  • Be able to work under pressure

Base gross monthly salary starts from 1600 EUR depending on experience. The variable part (bonus) is 12%.
