Graduate Opportunity: Kickstart your career in sales with Lenovo!


Target start date is September/ October 2022.


Lenovo is excited to announce that we are launching a new Graduate Program: EAGLeS/ The EMEA Academy for Graduates in Lenovo Sales!

Do you excel at communication with others, find it easy to create and develop new relationships and are curious about technology?

We are now collecting applications from recent graduates that want to join the most forward-thinking technology company on a journey up and learn all about business and technology along the way.

This is a 2-year contract position with a dedicated development rotations program for Graduates. Upon completion, you will be ready to apply for any open position within Lenovo.

Year one: Business and Sales learning

  • We will provide you with the training to help you sell, and to succeed in our business.
  • You will work closely with and learn from experienced Sales Executives and people in other functions to broaden your knowledge of our solutions, our processes, and our market strategy.

Year two: Sales capability

  • You will spend one year in a sales position to get real-life experience, working with various products, segments, and business units.

Our Expectations of you:

  • Graduation from an accredited university within 12 months of Lenovo program start date (2021 and 2022 graduates are eligible) with a Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree in related studies.
  • Clear and confident communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work in team.
  • Enjoy making data-based decisions.
  • Ability to set yourself ambitious goals and achieve them.
  • Some sales or entrepreneurial experience would be beneficial.
  • Passion for technology and innovation.
  • Strong verbal and written skills - English and German
  • Eligible to work in Germany
