Description and Requirements

This role will be supporting a development and an enablement of complex services solutions. ODM drives end2end development activities in order to enable services solutions in areas of Professional and Managed Services. The successful candidate will work on cross-functional projects making sure that the managed service is being properly activated and tailored to specific customer’s requirements.
The role reports to EMEA Services Enablement Senior Manager and has EMEA wide responsibilities.

Position Requirements

- Understand and map current end-end service delivery capability
- Responsible for enabling services in various regions. Ability to independently lead development initiatives involving key stakeholders and keeping track of progress till a successful implementation
- Responsible for onboarding of new Lenovo Service provides – cooperate with procurement and other Lenovo departments in line with Lenovo internal procedures
- Responsible for key processes during onboarding process: Business Justification, RFP scope, Evaluation, Contract Scope
- Responsible for understanding acceptable (MSA) business decisions, pricing tool calculations and delivery capabilities
- Consult on business development, pricing strategy, business case, value proposition, negotiations
- Consult on communication to internal executives and teams, including review processes
- Assessment lead and can be responsible for assessment and other workshop or business development activities
- Business development, pricing strategy, business case, value proposition, negotiations
- Communication to internal executives and teams, including review processes
- Ability to work in rapid pace environment with multiple simultaneous deliverables with prioritization
- Support multiple sales personnel within region with professional and accurate output and information
- Interaction with partners, alliances, and suppliers to obtain competitive conditions on services or augmentation for Lenovo deal delivery
- Project Status presentation to Senior management
- Service Delivery Assurance

Position Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Technical discipline or Business, Sales or Marketing or other non-technical degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

- 5+ years of project management or business development experience preferred with experience or demonstrated success.
- Technical knowledge and experience in enterprise-level Services solutions
- Services product development and consulting role
- Previous experience as a Technical Consultant, Project Manager, Sales Engineer, Services Consultant, Services Product Manager
- PC and Technology devices product knowledge
- Demonstrated mastery of Microsoft Office to include Excel, Word, and Power Point
- Strong background in product development pricing calculations, and deal construction
- Strong business acumen able to understand and address key customer business challenges.
- Excellent customer communication and presentation skills
- Resilience and resourcefulness when solving complex problems
- Strong communication skills written and oral
- Excellent team skills and a Winning attitude.
- Analytical and strategic thinker
- Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision

Additional Skills Preferred

- Experience with global services and financial solution like SaaS, DaaS, or Cloud Services.
- Data Center, Infrastructure, and PC based solutions

You will report to the Services Sales & Marketing Manager 

Base gross monthly salary starts from 2400 EUR. The final offer could be, of course, negotiated higher than the advertised minimum - it all depends on your experience! In addition, there is also a variable part (a bonus) in value of 12% of your annual earnings.
