These are your detailed responsibilities:

Assist in the management of the Consumer Segment operational and financial performance

Work with Market SDM’s to identify performance improvements - including PTAT, Repeat repair, Parts per serial number, Top3 Box and OSat. etc.

Participate in regular Operations and Quality Performance audits and reviews

Standardisation of reporting requirements across the Consumer Segment utilising Project X data, emPower and PowerBI dashboards, while driving adoption across EMEA

Gather & apply industry best practices and benchmarks so as to apply "best-in-class" process models and target performance metrics.

Over-see Consumer projects/initiative implementation

Position Requirements:

>5 years of field service delivery experience in computer technology companies

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent

Strong data analysis

Strong task execution & problem solving

Good understanding of typical Services and Warranty legal terms and conditions of specific regions.

Able to fully understand business finance and KPI measurements.

English (verbal and written)

Solid service management knowledge

Project management skills with Lean/Six Sigma Green Belt certification would be an added advantage

Base gross monthly salary from minimum 3400 EUR and above, depending on experience + variable part
