Description and Requirements

Lenovo is seeking a Web Operation Manager to support the organization’s regional web related activities with a focus on marketing and merchandising solutions. The Web Operation Manager will be required to partner with marketing and product teams regarding web marketing strategy and product roadmap planning. S/he will work as a team lead to manage in the region via Lenovo product launches, web-based campaigns, SEO and other site optimizations both content-vise and function-vise. S/he will also be responsible for creating and implementing web production process and frameworks, developing web standards, advising on security methods, and determining solution used to develop websites and its functionalities. This is a key position on a lean team focused on an extensive set of web-based solutions for, and will require an individual that can work effectively and positively in a highly complex and dynamic working environment. S/he will be asked to balance a broad set of priorities and ensure progress is made on all tracks of work. 1. Bachelor's degree or above. 2. Worked in e-Commerce, or web operations. Experience with leading teams preferred. 3. Strong communication skills(verbal and written), well-constructed emails, PowerPoint presentations and able o clearly capture and relay information both internally and to external counterparts. 4. Excellent planning and scheduling skills; ability to manage and improve complex workflows and teams. 5. Comfortable leading and managing cross-functional work streams. 6. An eye for detail, reliable and well organized. Professional attitude and a real pride in quality of work.
