Description and Requirements

As our Business Development Manager for the Enterprise and Public Sector segment (EPS), you will have the responsibility to help drive the EPS business in East Europe, Turkey and MEA together with the local Sales Teams. 

You will report to the EMEA Enterprise & Public Sector Leader and will have close interlock with the Markets Sales Leaders, GM’s Product Business Units, EMEA Sales Ops Manager as well as Supply Chain and Finance.

Lenovo has a big ambition in this relationship-driven customer segment with the goal to continue to drive our PC leadership, while transforming to a Solutions and Services led business.

In addition you will:

  • Support the country markets in creating a sustainable quarterly and yearly business plans considering the different aspects such as Structure, Product portfolio mix, Channel integration and Services/Solution growth.
  • Support implementing RAD based coverage model and secure productivity gains
  • Crosscheck shipped vs. planned on weekly basis to continuously improve planning and (over-)achieving our targets
  • Work with demand planning and market Product Management to ensure hitting market share IDC objectives, driving demand on available platforms and ensuring demand is not building on existing inventory issues
  • Monitor and achieve business KPIs
  • Close collaboration with markets and demand planning team for bi-weekly FCST updates
  • Follow up on Pipeline, help with big deals per market
  • Ensure setting the right level of external activities and follow up on KPIs
  • Work with Markets/Countries and Sales Enablement for external Customer activities
  • Support Markets to drive away roadblocks for higher Customer Satisfaction

Position requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor, preferred Master Degree Business Administration, Computer Science or equivalent
  • Both Strategic – and Analytical approach
  • At least 5 years previous experience in Sales and Sales Management
  • Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
  • Entrepreneurship and with a high degree of self-motivation and drive
  • Proficiency in Excel, and other office applications
  • Strong analytical skills and detail oriented
  • Fluent in English and other languages is a plus
