Description and Requirements

The Role of Easy Install Delivery Specialist is part of the EMEA Technical Services team , s post-Sales Support unit within the EMEA Services Organization .

Easy Install is a new SMB-focused offering designed to provide new hardware installation and data migration services in an ‘’off the shelf’’ model .

The Easy Install Specialist role is responsible for managing, tracking and resolving  customer requests , communicate with the customer and service partners

provide a delivery and vendor management. 


  • Monitor Easy Install Queue in MSD system for any new Work Orders
  • Contact customers, coordinate work plans and capture key information to ensure successful delivery of Easy Install
  • Measure Easy Install vendor performance against SLAs
  • Communicate delivery performance to leadership team
  • Work with vendor to improve processes and execution to ensure SLAs are met
  • Review customer experience feedback and work with vendor to develop solutions to CX issues
  • Review vendor invoices and submit for payment within established payment timeline
  • Act as Easy Install SME as the offering grows – including the knowledge transfer to other Easy Install delivery leads across the world

Position Requirements:

  • Degree in computing subject or in electronic engineering
  • 3+ years of experience at customer support function
  • Strong communication skills
  • Vendor management experience
  • The logical and methodical approach in addressing issues.
  • Problem determination skills.
  • Strong customer-facing skills both by phone and email
  • Communicative English is required, another language is an advantage
  • Hard worker, passionate about technical topics, goal-oriented
  • Project Management skills are an advantage

Base gross monthly salary from minimum 1800 EUR and above, depending on experience + variable part 12% of your annual earnings

You will report to EMEA Technical Services Support Manager.
