At Lenovo, we are driven by the promise of Smarter Technology for All and our Employment Brand Manager plays an important role in communicating our value proposition to potential candidates.  You will be a key member of the Global Talent Acquisition team, helping to deliver on the strategy for our Lenovo employer brand and ensuring that we communicate an authentic and compelling reflection of the Lenovo culture and employer value proposition.   We believe that Smarter Takes You to new places in your career.

The Employment Brand Manager will help develop and execute on our talent attraction and engagement strategy.  Your work will help grow candidates’ understanding of and interest in a career at Lenovo. You will help plan and execute acquisition and engagement strategies to support our global recruiting teams in meeting hiring goals and attracting new skills for Lenovo. The ideal candidate for this role is a creative and passionate marketer with experience creating effective digital marketing and content that spark interest and active consideration by target candidates.  You also have the spirit of an innovator, looking for creative ways to reach our target candidates, open to pilot and experiment.

You will:

  • Identify and amplify stories that help our target candidates better understand what it is like to work at Lenovo (Life@Lenovo)
  • Partner with our recruiting, university recruiting, HR, brand and communications stakeholders to develop strategy and targeted campaigns to communicate our EVP
  • One of our strengths is being a global team focused on diversity and inclusion is part of our DNA.  Your position helps to share this message to our candidates. 
  • Produce work that will represent and enhance Lenovo’s reputation as an employer
  • Build our candidate funnel, especially for early career and new skill sets to support business transformation
  • Discover the key elements of an employer value proposition (EVP) for target audiences and create strategies and campaigns to attract those individuals
  • Use data and reporting to inform decisions and frequently share results and impact
  • Develop candidate engagement strategies to help convert prospects to applicants

This position is currently remote and will ideally be hybrid when our offices re-open (work in one of our offices some days with flexibility to be remote). Candidates can be in the US or other locations in Asia (India, Hong Kong) or Europe.
