Description and Requirements
Responsibilities:
Perform activities on quality area related to process and product perspective since the introduction (NPI) to the end of life inside the manufacturing environment.
Work on quality audits in order to assure the process implemented based on quality management system.
Activities:
• Quality hold Mgmt, Stop Build/Ship Mgmt, Field critical issues analysis;
• Drives defects to closure, including prevention;
• Product / Process FA
• Interface into Global Team for Manufacturing Quality Issues
• Manufacturing process analysis focus on customer resolution;
• Drive KPIs and critical issues through executive levels;
• Attend Conference Call with a global team in order to review the Brazil Plant performance;
• Drive the main issues on the field with the Services team
• Work based on a Lean Six Sigma methodology looking for quality products and process improvement
• Report development in order to track and follow all of the Quality KPIs.
• Lead the NPI in a quality perspective since the NPI until de EOL;
• Provide technical support and training for the quality team;
• Develop procedures based on ODM guide
• Lead root cause analysis for manufacturing issues
• Lead and participate Lean Manufacturing Projects
