Description and Requirements

Job Description:

End to end management and implementation of parts disposition due to quality issue or engineering change

  • Collaborate with R&D team on FRU Definition and Service supply chain Requirements.
  • Attend Engineering Change review board, as service representative. Approve EC request in Lenovo Engineering System
  • Assess Engineering Change impact on Service and work out solution with R&D, procurement and quality team
  • Explore opportunities for continuous improvement processes to meet evolving business needs
  • Support Service quality management. Review technical documentation and quality announcement, assess the impact on service supply chain and workout solution.


  • Bachelor or above on Computer Science, Automation, Mechanical or Engineering related. 985/211 university is preferred.
  • Be familiar with Server Structure. >3 years of Server or PC industry experience is preferred
  • Work conscientiously careful and diligent work hard 
  • Be proactive, have a high sense of responsibility and team co-work
  • Fluent English speaking and communication. Oversea study and working experience is preferred.
