Description and Requirements

We’re looking for an experienced Recruitment professional to join India Talent Acquisition team. As a functional specialist you should be capable of understanding and articulating complex sales and business development deal characteristics to the candidate externally. You will need to work closely with segment leaders to attract best-in-class sales talent for their business.


You will be responsible for organizing, executing, and supporting the entire recruiting process for assigned roles across your supported BUs.


What will you be doing as Talent Acquisition Partner?

  • Working in partnership with Senior TA team, Hiring managers, and HR business partners on end-to-end hiring process within India.
  • Creatively sourcing qualified candidates through a variety of channels (social media, direct sourcing, internet, employee referrals, community, job fairs, etc.).
  • Driving the hiring process and managing candidates` pool on hiring tools/ ATS, job boards, internal databases and social media.
  • Understanding diversity goals and act as a subject matter expert for areas of staffing responsibility. 
  • Conducting competency-based interviews & drive effective interview process.
  • Looking for new ways in talent sourcing strategies/campus hiring, employee referral, job fairs, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Responsible for advertising, maintaining and refresh job positions to various relevant academic and professional sites.
  • Participating in local and global projects (Development projects, Hiring projects)

Position Requirements:

  • At least 5+ years of full-cycle, professional-level recruiting experience (stake holder management, sourcing & screening resumes as per role requirement, interview scheduling, feedback collection, offer proposal & onboarding).
  • Proven success as a corporate recruiter, or combination of corporate and agency recruiting experience
  • Deep understanding of sales vernacular, specifically around technology and/or complex service offerings.
  • Hands on sourcing experience is a must (LinkedIn, Job boards & social media tools)
  • Experience with building talent pipeline with passive candidates is a must.
  • End-to-end hiring process responsibility (You are the single point of contact for Hiring managers and for candidates driving the entire hiring process).
  • International recruitment experience is an advantage.
  • Work closely with key business stakeholders and partners including business leaders, HR/compensation partners, Sales Planning/Operations, Finance, Legal, etc. to coordinate on creative strategies, best practices and compliance
