Role and Team Description
The Strategy Manager will support the Latin America geo within the International Sales Organization, which encompasses all business groups within Lenovo and Motorola. The industry and in particular our sales team is very dynamic and the candidate will have the opportunity to learn about all aspects of the business. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and communication skills combined with business vision and genuine interest to provide meaningful analysis that support the business in making decisions. Needs to be fluent in English (both written and oral) and able to clearly articulate business issues and opportunities, market dynamics, etc, using tools such as Powerpoint and Excel.  We are looking for proactive professionals who are driven by challenges and motivated in work in a very dynamic team environment. This position can be based in Sao Paulo, Brazil, or Buenos Aires, Argentina, and will report to the LA ISO Strategy Director and Chief of Staff.

Scope of Responsibilities
LA ISO governance and focal point for coordination of cross-functional activities
Create executive-level presentations to support strategic recommendations and new growth opportunities
Own and drive competitive analysis and strategy including market trends, post-mortem analysis, competitive product assessments, SWOT analysis
Analyze various data sources (market performance, competitive analysis, purchasing preferences, pricing and technology trends) and leverage to inform strategies
Support urgent requests for market information, including intelligence on competitor actions and business performance
Interact with external market analysts
Lead select business transformation initiatives

Basic qualifications: 
Bachelors’ Degree in business related areas 
Very good English, both written and oral; highly proficient with MS Excel, MS PowerPoint
Work experience: minimum 2-3 years, preferably as Business Analyst, Management Consulting or equivalent
Excellent communication skills + strategic thinking & analytical
Ability to define and frame business problems in a logical and structured manner
Confidant story-teller with ability to deliver persuasive presentations based on data-driven insights to gain support for business strategies and initiatives
Works well under pressure in a very dynamic environment
Motivated self-starter that is comfortable working independently and in ambiguity

Preferred qualifications: 
MBA
Previous consulting experience
Highly collaborative with experience working in cross-functional teams
