Lenovo’s Infrastructure Solution Group (ISG) is seeking an accomplish business leader to lead the Communication Service Provider customer segment. Reporting to the VP & GM of the segment, this role will be directly involved in the strategic decisions and execution of this hypergrowth segment. Managing most of the business aspect, this role will be measured on the performance of the segment and increased business within the CommSP sector. Not limited, but essential to the role will be to manage the CommSP organization, key partnerships & customers, and operational aspect of the business. The individual must have strong technical and sales background with a profound understanding of the CommSP market. Strong customer and partnership relationship are key for this role success.
Your responsibility:
- Manage CommSP organization, people, budget, operations teams
- Develop & execute growth strategies for Lenovo CommSP segment
- Establish and maintain key relationships with industry partners and build joint plans
- Establish strong, credible customer connections and position Lenovo ISG portfolio
- Work and support Global sales team on key strategic initiatives
- Promote Lenovo’s CommSP product & solutions
- Responsible for overall roadmap and future direction of the CommSP segment
- Create a highly collaborative and inclusive environment with multiple internal and external stakeholders
Position Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree required, Master or MBA preferred
• Very strong technical understanding of telecom industry
• Proven sales track record with measurable accomplishment
• Profit & Lost ownership (P&L)
• 15+ years relevant experience management and executive position
• Manage complex organization with Matrix structure
• Global experiences with ability to operate in world wide markets
• Excellent negotiation skills of complex contracts
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong understanding of Network Function Virtualization (NFV) and x86 server technology
