Description and Requirements

工作内容：

1. ADAS产品全流程失效分析，样品阶段收集并分析不良品，不良类别汇总并培训工厂团队，同时协助推动工厂改善；

2. 量产阶段参与工厂团队针对疑难问题的解析；

3. 客诉的不良品分析，并参与8D报告的撰写


基础要求

Ø  学历专业：电子工程、自动化、车辆工程等本科及以上，深层次理解嵌入式系统，传感器原理（摄像头，超声波雷达，毫米波雷达等），车载网络（CAN，LIN，以太网）以及车载蓝牙等。

Ø  经验：5年以上汽车电子FAE、RMA或硬件测试经验，有ADAS域控制器量产项目不良分析经历者优先

Ø  工具技能：熟练使用万用表、示波器、频谱仪、CANalyzer/CANoe等总线工具，以及热风枪、烙铁等

专业知识与能力

Ø  硬件分析能力：精通数字/模拟电路、开关电源、高速信号（PCIe/以太网）故障定位；熟悉SoC、MCU、DDR、PMIC等核心芯片的失效模式，并掌握X-ray、Cross-section、染色等物理分析手段。

Ø  软件基础：能解析Soc系统日志、故障Dump信息，熟悉CAN/UDS诊断协议，了解Autosar基础软件。

Ø  生产与质量：熟悉SMT、DIP、三防涂覆等制程缺陷，能解读原理图和PCB设计文件；精通8D报告，掌握FMEA、5Why、鱼骨图等质量工具。

Ø  标准体系：熟悉IATF 16949、ISO 26262功能安全（理解ASIL等级对分析的影响）、AEC-Q100及ISO 16750环境可靠性标准。

Ø  沟通能力：能用非技术语言向客户解释故障原因，与内部研发部门（硬件，软件，系统，测试）协作推动根本原因分析。

Ø  抗压与逻辑：能在客户现场压力下保持逻辑清晰，具备多任务处理能力。

Ø  英文能力，可以进行英文口语交流
