Job Description

The ISG FP&A Finance Analyst supports the Infrastructure Solutions Group and is responsible for the financial reporting and performance measurement of the business group operation. He/she is a part of the Latin America Finance team, and this position will be in Sao Paulo and reports to the Brazil Controller.

The role requires analytical skills, passion for the details, problem solving, effective communication, extrovert personality, capability to work in a virtual environment and be able to establish strong work relations both within and outside the Finance community..

Overall responsibilities:

• Regular review of the P&L elements, monthly and quarterly forecast cycle support, senior leadership level reporting, and data analytics

• Expense and cost analysis

• Ensure compliance with local country reporting requirements in joint co-operation with GEO Accounting team

• Establish and maintain appropriate internal control safeguard

What you’ll bring/ Position Requirements:

• Fluent spoken and written English and Portuguese. Spanish is a plus.

• Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, Finance/Accounting, or similar

• Min. 2 years of experience in (Financial) controlling

• Financial / Analytical Skills

• Ability to work in dynamic environment and under pressure.

• Very good IT skills, especially Excel
