Description and Requirements

1. Support on eCommerce P&L data with timely update and sophisticated analysis to drive action 
2. Closely work with business owner on Opex management, provide feasible suggestion 
3. Respect schedule and content on P&L statement Forecast & Actual, strive for fcst accuracy, count down landing and actual review 
4. Responsible on the budget planning, cross team alignment, and financial performance KPI tracking and management 
5. Project Support, on an ad-hoc basis, as a finance partner to operation team on strategic projects 
6. Establish and enhance business management systems to support the changing industry environment and actual business needs 
7. Capability to build automation modeling to maximize efficiency and fulfill urgent task 

• Solid finance and accounting knowledge, relevant industry or worldwide role is a plus 
• Quick learner, sensitive on data, strong analytical skills and financial system experience (EBR(SAP), BPC, PowerBI) (Mandatory) 
• Self-motivator, result-oriented with firm put-into-force attitude 
• More than 5 years working experience, skilled with project management, P&L statement or eCommerce operation would be preferred 
• Fluent in both English and Chinese written and oral communication.
