We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Finance Business Partner to join our Analytics Team. As the Senior Finance Business Partner, you will work closely with the cross-function Team and provide financial expertise to support the development and implementation of business strategies. You will be responsible for financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling to drive data-driven decision-making and ensure financial targets are met.

Key Responsibilities:

1. • Provide financial expertise and support to the Analytics Team in the development and implementation of business strategies.
2. • Conduct financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling to support data-driven decision-making. 
3. • Partner with cross-functional teams to identify and evaluate opportunities for growth and efficiency. 
4. • Develop and maintain financial models and dashboards to track performance and provide insights. 
5. • Collaborate with business partners to ensure financial targets are met and identify opportunities for improvement. 
6. • Act as a trusted advisor to the Analytics Team and provide recommendations to optimize financial performance. 
7. • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and ensure effective communication and collaboration.

Qualifications:

1. • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field. 
2. • 10+ years of experience in finance or accounting, preferably in the IT industry. 
3. • Strong financial modeling and analysis skills. 
4. • Ability to communicate complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders. 
5. • Proven track record of partnering with cross-functional teams to drive business results. 
6. • Excellent communication, collaboration and interpersonal skills. 
7. • Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. 
8. • Advanced Excel skills required, experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI a plus.
